News on PokeBeach (by now it's kinda old) says that the Isshu Pokemon do not relate to the Pokemon of previous generations. What that means is that none of the Pokemon in 5th Gen will be evolutions of the Pokemon from before. Which means that the heart fish Pokemon is not Luvdisc's evolution and Pachirisu won't evolve into Emonga, etc.
