Rules:
-Doubles, 6 on 6
-Uber Clause
Ubers are not allowed. For a list of Ubers please visit Smogon
-Sleep Clause
No more then two of your opponent's Pokemon be asleep at the same time. Rest does not apply this
-Freeze Clause
No more than two of your opponent's Pokemon be asleep at the same time
-Species Clause
No two of the same Pokemon unless a Mono-Species team.
-Type Clause
You are not allowed to have more then two of a type. For example you can't have three Psychic types on your team.
-Hacks Clause
No illegal hacks such as more than 255 EV's in one stat or all 31 IV's.
-Explosion/Selfdestruct Clause
-No Explosion/Selfdestruct
-Lv. 50 All
